Shipping Policy

All physical orders placed through Author – Amber M. McLamb are carefully prepared and shipped directly by me with attention to detail.

Please allow 3–5 business days for order processing prior to shipment. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been mailed.

Shipping Methods

Orders are shipped via USPS First-Class or Priority Mail, depending on package weight and destination. Tracking information will be provided when available.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order. From time to time, special promotions or flat-rate shipping may be offered and will be clearly noted.

 

Delivery Timeframes

Most U.S. orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment. Please note that delivery times may vary due to postal delays, holidays, or weather conditions beyond my control.

 

Local Orders

Local pickup or delivery may be available for Wayne County, Georgia residents during select events, book signings, or community offerings. Availability will be indicated at checkout or within event details.

 

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact me within 7 days of delivery at amber@authorambermclamb.com with your order number and photos, if applicable.

Each situation will be reviewed individually, and I will do my best to resolve the issue promptly.

Once an order has been shipped, I am not responsible for delays, delivery issues, or errors caused by USPS or other carriers. However, I will assist where possible in helping you locate or resolve shipment concerns.
