Orders & General

What happens after I place an order?
Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Physical orders are processed within 3–5 business days before shipping. You’ll receive a follow-up email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Can I make changes to my order after placing it?
If you need to make a change, please contact me as soon as possible at amber@authorambermclamb.com. While I’ll do my best to accommodate requests, changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been processed.

Do you offer signed copies of your books?
Yes—signed copies are available for select titles and will be clearly noted on the product page.

Shipping & Delivery

How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically delivered within 3–7 business days after shipment, depending on your location. Processing time (3–5 business days) is separate from shipping time.

Do you ship internationally?
At this time, shipping is primarily within the United States. If international shipping becomes available, it will be noted on the website.

What if my package is lost or arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos, if applicable. I will review the situation and work with you toward a resolution.

Do you offer local pickup or delivery?
Local pickup or delivery may be available for Wayne County, Georgia during select events or book signings. Availability will be noted when applicable.

Digital Products & Gift Cards

How are gift cards delivered?
Gift cards are delivered instantly by email and include instructions for easy redemption at checkout.

Do gift cards expire?
No—gift cards never expire.

Can gift cards be refunded or exchanged for cash?
Gift cards are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash.

When will I receive my digital product or download?
Digital products are delivered immediately after purchase via email or download link.

Returns & Refunds

Do you accept returns or offer refunds?
All sales are final due to the nature of the products. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please reach out within 7 days and I will review your request.

Are event tickets refundable?
Event tickets are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the event’s specific cancellation policy.
