All orders placed through Author – Amber M. McLamb are prepared and fulfilled with care and intention. Due to the personalized and limited nature of many items, all sales are considered final once an order has been processed.
Physical Products (Books & Merchandise)
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact me within 7 days of delivery at amber@authorambermclamb.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
Each request is reviewed individually. If approved, a replacement or store credit may be offered at my discretion.
Digital Products & Downloads
All digital products, eBooks, and downloadable content are non-refundable once delivered.
Events (Virtual & In-Person)
Event tickets are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the specific event’s cancellation policy. Please review event details carefully prior to purchase.
Gift Cards
Gift cards are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash.
They are delivered digitally and never expire.
