Refund Policy

All sales through Author – Amber M. McLamb are handled with great care and attention. Due to the personalized nature of books, signed editions, and merchandise, all sales are final once an order has been processed.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact me within 7 days of delivery at amber@authorambermclamb.com with your order number and photos of the issue, if applicable. I will review your request and may offer a replacement or store credit at my discretion.

Digital downloads, eBooks, and event tickets are non-refundable once delivered or confirmed. For in-person or online events, refund eligibility will follow the event’s stated cancellation policy.
