Shipping Policy

All physical orders placed through Author - Amber M McLamb are processed and shipped directly by me with care and attention to detail. Please allow 3–5 business days for order processing before shipment. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been mailed.

Shipping Method:
Orders are sent via USPS First-Class or Priority Mail, depending on package weight and destination. Tracking information will be provided whenever available.

Shipping Rates:
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order. Occasionally, special promotions or flat-rate shipping may be offered and will be noted on the product page.

Delivery Times:
Most U.S. orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment. Delivery times may vary due to postal service delays, holidays, or weather conditions beyond my control.

Local Orders:
From time to time, I offer local pickup or delivery options for Wayne County, Georgia residents during community events or book signings. Availability will be noted at checkout or event listings.

Damaged or Lost Packages:
If your order arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact me within 7 days of delivery at amber@authorambermclamb.com with your order number and photos (if applicable). I’ll do my best to resolve the issue promptly.
